Breast Enhancement Exercises –Yoga Moves

Yoga Move #1 - Vrikshasana The Tree Pose

In this Yoga exercise, you are required to stand properly and then bring the arms near the shoulder level. Slowly move the hands in front of chest area and then open the fingers. Now you have to press hard and this should be continued for 20-30 seconds. Try to hold the muscle strongly and keep all your attention to this practice. You can repeat this simple posture for 4-5 times a day. You can also increase the duration slowly for faster results.

 Remark: You don’t have to stand on one leg. Just focus on the arm movements!

Yoga Move #2 – Bhujangasana

This pose is also called cobra pose. In this exercise, you will have to lie down on the floor with the face facing the floor. You should keep the legs straight in this position and the forehead should also relax properly to the ground. Thereafter, keep your palms on the floor near the chest and lift the upper portion of your body. Slightly, lift the legs also and your face should now face the sky.

You have to form an arch and you should stress the muscles of the back for this purpose. In the beginning, you will have difficulty in maintaining this pose and your arms may get bent. However, with little practice, you will be able to form the arch without any problem. This exercise should be performed for about 20 seconds and you should repeat it 4-5 times. Once you have done it for a few weeks, you can also increase the duration.

 

Yoga Move #3 -Dwikonasana

In this Yoga exercise, you have to stand straight and the feet should be separate. Thereafter, take both the arms back and get the fingers locked. Thereafter, you need to bend the upper portion and raise the arms simultaneously. Try to move the pressure to the chest area. You should keep your face in correct position so as to maintain the stress. Before going back to the original position, you should wait for about 20-30 seconds. This exercise should be repeated for about 3-5 times. You can also increase the duration of the exercise after some practice.

Yoga Move #4 – SajahStabdhasana

In this exercise, you have to start be sitting on the legs. The position is called Vajrasana and in this position you have to keep the body straight. Thereafter, you should move the hands backwards and try to touch the palms together. Keep the fingers in locked position while keeping the body in straight position. This pose should be maintained for about 20-30 seconds. You should repeat it for 3 to 5 times in day.

Yoga Move #5 – Ushtrasana

In this position also, you have start with Vajrasana. Thus sit on your legs with the feet touching the ground and keep the body in a straight position. Thereafter you have to lean backward slowly. You can try it with one heel first by taking support of corresponding hand. For instance, if you take the left hand backward, you can take support of left hand for this purpose.

You should try to keep the weight on the muscles of the arms and legs. Also make sure that you are comfortable in this position and thus do not put strains on any body part. Try to remain in this position for some time.

If you are able to maintain this posture for 20-30 seconds, it is quite good. This exercise should be repeated for 3 to 5 times a day. While getting back to the original position, do not hurry or move quickly. You can take the support of hand during this process too.
