Easy Natural Breast Enlargement Exercises

  3. Slowly press forearms, elbows and hands together
  4. Start moving your arms together until your hands nearly meet, then hold in that position for 5 seconds. Then slowly move back to the starting position.
  5. Perform 3 sets of 12 repetitions

  1. Lie on your stomach, bend your knees and ankles crossed, place hands slightly in front of shoulders and have your elbows bent, tighten the abs, slowly straighten your arms, body and lift
  2. Stay balanced on your palms and knees while keeping your body aligned with your knees
  3. Tuck your face to the floor for a straight spine
  4. Bend your elbows to bring the body parallel to the floor
  5. Push up again, but do not allow your chest to touch the floor
  6. Perform 2 sets of 10 repetitions each with another exercise in between
