    Well fenugreek is taken by some laatnticg ladies that are interested in herbal medicine for promoting milk production. And it may help develop glandular tissue in non-pregnant ladies. I don’t think it will pad out breasts with fat, which is what mainly determines our cup size and that is largely under the influence of sex hormones [particularly oestrogen] and our genetics also plays a major role. The chances are that if you are young [under 25] your breasts have not yet developed fully anyway. You could naturally increase 2-4 cup sizes with time, especially if you were to put on a little weight overall, your breasts would most likely increase proportionally. These are the herbs that some claim may enhance breast size: fenugreek seed, red clover, hops, oats straw extract [avena sativa], saw palmetto, fennel, dong quai, blessed thistle, and wild yam. Not sure if they actually work or if there is any science to back up any effect on any of these. Agnus castus by boosting and balancing natural hormones quite possibly might have some effect. It is best to be happy with the way you are, and you could still develop further yet if you are young. You could certainly give some of those herbs a try. But if you have any medical condition or are on any prescribed medications then talk to your doctor first. The birth control pill boosts breast size for some ladies, because of the oestrogen effect. Agnus should not be taken when on any hormonal pills of any sort because it may reduce the effectiveness of those pills ..some other herbs have that effect ..e.g. St Johns wort. Best wishes.

    What happens if you were to just use the Breast Active cream without the pill?

      Hi Crystal,

      If you’re comfortable using just the cream it’s also fine. But the program has been designed for it to work better together. You’re likely going to see more of the firmness than increase in size with just the cream alone or you might see the increase as well but it’ll just take longer.

    Hi Claire,

    I have been using Breast Actives for a month and a half now with absolutely no results, not even a little firmness, tingling or swelling.
    I am following all the instructions as described above: taking twice a day with meals, doing 15 min massage in the morning and another 15 min at night. I am also doing the massages in the breast actives booklet when I apply the cream and Chyiomilks fat brush massage. My diet is clean: no caffeine, alcohol or refined sugars. Plenty of protein, veggies and fewer carbs. All fresh home cooked, no packaged foods. I know it might take longer but seeing no changes at all is discouraging me.

    I read Jenny Bolton’s book and one explanation might be that I am too skinny. I have been working out a lot lately and my body fat is 18%. I love how my body looks, toned (but healthy, not skinny) except from my breasts. I am afraid if I gain some weight, it will go straight to my belly, which I have worked so hard to eliminate. If my weight is the problem, is there a way to direct the fat storage in my breasts and avoid going back to my stomach?

      Hi Laura,

      This is the mistake I’ve made too. I was worried that I couldn’t get the hourglass shape if I gained more inches around in the midsection. The truth is this is probably the biggest dilemma when it comes to natural breast enhancement.

      Even on ChiyoMilk’s original blog, she stated that the healthy body fat for maximum results with natural breast enhancement is 22-25%. Being overweight doesn’t get you there while being too skinny certainly makes it less likely to happen.

      With that said, you can stop taking the Breast Actives pills just for now, reset your system by doing the full-on juice/raw diet for one week.
      The juice should be homemade and the ratio between veggies and fruits should be 2:1 (more veggies than fruit to avoid getting too much sugar). Avocados are great for adding more vitamin E and healthy fats into your diet.
      Also start taking protein shake after that 1 week of juicing is over. You should still eat the high protein foods while doing this. The protein intake should be of 20grams of protein each day. It’d also help if you start taking fish oil as well if you can’t get your hands on avocados..

      Continue with the massage throughout the whole time.

      You shouldn’t think of this as getting fat, but rather helping your body get in the healthy state so it can produce more body tissues.

    Yes it does help. Gives me more hope.

    So how did you resolve your dilemma?
    Did you manage to grow breasts without growing your mid-section, or did you have to compromise a little?

    Also how long is Chyiomilk’s fat brush massage supposed to be? Her video is only 3 min, but I doubt that’s all it takes.

      You’re very welcome Laura,
      And yes I did have to compromise a little. With that said, what I compromised was certainly NOT my health. I would not munch on bad foods to put on weight just so I can have more body fat for that purpose. Rather, I began to take omega 3 supplement and add a little bit more of coconut oil into my food. (It tastes great if you make virgin pena colada; pineapple shake + coconut milk and oil + honey + ice cubes)

      Like I said, it’s all about putting your body into the healthy state where it can reconstruct and rebuild.

      The brushing massage takes about 5-10 minutes for me. But use more time if you have it as long as you don’t over do it and end up making your skin red and irritated.

      Yes the maintenance is required but you wont need to be on it all the time like when you first started. It’ll be 2-3 months per year to maintain it.
      The breast enhancement implants are also not permanent. In general , the implants last up t 10 years, in many cases, the implants are to be taken out within the first 3 years.

    Hi Claire,

    I finally increased my body fat to 22% and will start the Breast Actives program again. I was wondering how necessary is to do the juicing part? I already did a juice fast at the end of March for 2 weeks. I had only fresh vegetable juices and after that I’ve been eating pretty healthy. The juicing takes a lot of time and I was hoping to avoid it or maybe do 2-3 days since I recently cleansed.

    If it is really necessary I will do it.

      Hi Laura,

      I’m so proud of you to having gone through the juicing and making the commitment to work hard to do it. Now that you’ve done it for two weeks, I think it’s ok to only do it once in awhile or just combine the juicing with other healthy diet you have now.

      If it takes too long, you can just do it on the weekend as a way to cleanse out toxins and making NBE work better on you.

      Maintain the healthy body fat and start working on the NBE plan and you’ll be amazed with the results that you’ll get.

      Hi Aubrey,

      I was a small B and sometimes when I lost a bit of weight I could end up being somewhere in the A cups. Now I’m a full C and sometimes I can shrink back to B if I drop a lot of weight.

      Also I go to the gym and do some weight training which probably is one of the reasons I cannot get to D cups as I originally wanted to.
